About Upstate Building Co.
An owner-run design and build company based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, specialising in all aspects of building and carpentry.
Our approach
Upstate is owner-run: the owner is the builder and works on site. The person who runs the business is part of the building work itself, not removed from it.
We’re a full-service design and build company, committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and personalised service. Our work covers new home construction, renovations, extensions and additions, and all aspects of building and carpentry.
Design and build
Design and build means we can be involved from the early design stage, so buildability and cost are considered while plans are still taking shape. If you already have drawings or approvals, we can start the conversation from there.
